About the position

The Retirement Program Manager at Visa will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Visa 401k Plan, focusing on benefits expertise, reporting, controls, and management of financial benefits plans. This role involves program design, governance, compliance, and cross-functional engagement, ensuring the effective execution of retirement programs in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide strategic leadership for the Visa 401k Plan.
• Analyze trends and advise leadership on benefits programs.
• Develop and maintain strategic engagement with Finance, Controllership, and Payroll.
• Execute retirement program strategy for financial wellbeing.
• Oversee US and Canada retirement program design and RFP planning.
• Identify areas for program improvement and prepare recommendations.
• Facilitate responses to employee escalations as needed.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and quarterly updates for leadership.
• Manage required audits and compliance activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
• Typically, 10+ years of related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, or human resources.
• 1-3 years of benefits experience focused on US retirement.

Nice-to-haves

• 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
• Basic understanding of capital markets and investment products.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and risk analysis skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task with attention to detail.
