ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Retirement Services, focusing on selling 401(k) solutions. Responsibilities

  • Grow business independently and collaboratively within assigned geography to close sales and reach sales goals.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts while deepening relationships across the ADP family.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside business-to-business sales experience including prospecting and territory management.
  • Ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills in various formats (paper, in-person, phone).
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver on promises consistently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing.
