Responsibilities
- Process product returns from customers
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate inventory counts and order processing
Requirements
- Ability to lift and open boxes that weigh up to 25 pounds
- Familiarity with e-commerce processes and warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong skills in shipping and receiving
- Ability to handle stock efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- A proactive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving in a busy warehouse environment
