About the position

The Revenue Operations Manager at Scan.com will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. This position focuses on data consolidation, sales enablement, and the implementation of HubSpot CRM, while collaborating with marketing and design teams to align efforts. The role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and improving sales productivity as the company continues its rapid growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
  • Aggregate and manage sales data from various sources for consistency and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time sales insights.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams on best practices and HubSpot CRM.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks and resources to improve sales team efficiency.
  • Lead the rollout of HubSpot CRM, ensuring proper configuration and integration.
  • Monitor and optimize HubSpot CRM usage to enhance sales performance.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and design teams for alignment on strategies.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement improvements.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales metrics and performance.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in aggregating, managing, and analyzing sales data.
  • Experience in leading CRM rollouts, preferably HubSpot.
  • Skilled in driving CRM adoption through training and support.
  • Experience in developing and delivering sales training programs and playbooks.
  • Ability to work closely with sales leadership to identify skill gaps.
  • Proven ability to align sales, marketing, and design teams on strategies.
  • Keen eye for identifying and addressing inefficiencies in sales processes.
  • Knowledge of lead management, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
