About the position

The Associate Hospitality Manager at REVELxp plays a crucial role in managing premium seating operations for a fast-paced sports experience company. This position focuses on enhancing game day experiences through effective hospitality management, staff training, and operational support. The ideal candidate will embody a servant leadership style, demonstrating a passion for customer care and a love for college sports.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and train interns and game day/event staff.
  • Administer payroll processes for game day staff, including background checks and hours documentation.
  • Fulfill assigned sport-specific roles and duties for premium seating areas during events.
  • Establish and maintain positive relations with diverse groups, including donors, seat holders, and university administration.
  • Support the Hospitality Manager in operational aspects of an on-campus satellite office.
  • Design and produce effective communication media, including services guides and newsletters.
  • Assist in the communication within the athletic department regarding budget proposals and operational reports.
  • Implement and maintain procedures for booking and operating off-season events in athletic facilities.
  • Assist in project coordination at conference championship fan events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in customer service and hospitality roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required; working knowledge of creative platforms preferred.
  • Ability to train part-time customer service staff.

  • A love of college sports is a big plus.
