About the position

The Revenue Accounting Associate at ReviveRX plays a crucial role in maintaining financial records and assisting with various accounting tasks. This entry-level position requires a strong foundation in accounting principles and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. The associate will be involved in accounts receivable activities, customer onboarding, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Execute month-end close processes per monthly and quarterly schedules.
• Manage all Accounts Receivable activities including customer onboarding.
• Organize, maintain, and update customer records on various platforms.
• Generate and ensure the accuracy of invoices and distribute them to customers.
• Manage all Collections activities and apply incoming payments from customers to invoices.
• Provide account statements and detailed AR reporting to management.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to resolve billing issues.
• Contribute to special projects and offer financial support as required.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years' experience working in a Staff Accountant or similar position.
• Solid understanding of revenue accounting and experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERPs.
• Advanced Excel skills and QuickBooks experience highly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with MS Teams for communication.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and reconcile accounts.
