The Revenue Analyst (Billing) position is a contract role based in Atlanta, GA, offering a pay range of $22 to $26 per hour. This role is primarily focused on managing billing processes and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate revenue reporting. The analyst will be responsible for researching and resolving billing issues, processing orders, and conducting timely reviews of escalated customer bills using the Salesforce Ticketing system. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze data to identify errors that may impact billing reports. In this role, the analyst will utilize Salesforce to document customer interactions and changes to accounts, ensuring that all billing databases reflect the correct charges and adjustments due to various billing scenarios such as renewals and cancellations. The analyst will also monitor customer contracts to verify that services are billed accurately and will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding their billing inquiries, including sending invoices and credit memos.
