We are currently seeking a full-time Revenue Management Analyst to join our corporate team. This role will focus heavily on digital marketing analysis and managing relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing allocation strategies to optimize inventory distribution across various channels, ensuring the highest and best use of resources. Additionally, the Revenue Management Analyst will monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing campaigns and websites, providing actionable recommendations for optimization throughout the user journey. The position requires a proactive approach to managing online presence, including social media and websites, while ensuring rate parity among competitive sets and distribution channels. The analyst will evaluate market trends to identify opportunities and respond to the market environment effectively. Responsibilities also include maintaining the hotel's pricing strategy within the Property Management System (PMS) and extranet, updating hotel brand websites for accuracy, and providing analytics and data from OTAs and other marketing campaigns. The role will involve assisting the Director of Revenue Management with special projects, consolidating campaign data into a master data source, and creating monthly and quarterly reports for the leadership team that highlight overall performance and actionable items. Furthermore, the analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media strategies across various digital platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, to drive measurable results, increase brand awareness, and maximize ROI.
