About the position

The Revenue Analyst II is responsible for managing a portfolio of 20-25 complex clients, ensuring accurate revenue tracking and payment collection. This role involves financial analysis, contract review, and reporting, as well as training new analysts. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert, conducting audits and coordinating with sales personnel to recover missing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue.
• Review client payments for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage portfolio of 20-25 complex clients.
• Follow up on missing payments for portfolio of clients.
• Validate revenue against new contracts.
• Perform advanced balance sheet reconciliations.
• Create, maintain, optimize, and support new and existing complex spreadsheets/databases.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Train and assist new revenue analysts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of similar work experience required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to assimilate multiple sources of information and communicate business recommendations quickly.
• Time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills for unique and intricate issues.
• Complex analytical skills and know-how.
