About the position

As a Senior Revenue Analyst at Gallagher Benefit Services, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our organization. In this role, you will also be tasked with identifying trends and developments within competitive environments, presenting your findings to senior management to inform their strategies. Your ability to perform financial forecasting and reconcile internal accounts will be key to maintaining the integrity of our financial data. You will rely on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish your goals, performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the team. As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you will lead and direct the work of others, potentially managing or coordinating the efforts of more junior staff. This leadership aspect of the role will allow you to mentor and guide less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze financial information for the organization.
  • Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring financial information is recorded accurately.
  • Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
  • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
  • Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, potentially managing junior staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4 years of related experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong skills in Excel and financial management software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • CMA or CFA certification preferred.
