The Revenue Analyst position at Rose International in Pasadena, CA, is a temporary role requiring a qualified candidate to work onsite initially for training before transitioning to a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience, particularly in remittance processing and financial analysis. The role involves daily deposits, reconciliations, and oversight of 835 remittances for automated posting. The analyst will also conduct technical assessments and review databases for monitoring and reporting purposes. In addition to financial analysis, the Revenue Analyst will advise on program planning, manage business requirements, and assist in budget execution and program coordination. The responsibilities include preparing needs assessments, validating resource requirements, and developing cost estimate models. The analyst will conduct and coordinate various types of research to support strategic and business planning across different departments. This includes interpreting and evaluating research data to develop integrated business analyses and projections that inform strategic decision-making. The role also involves planning and coordinating market research studies and presenting findings to client committees. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong emphasis on accuracy and the ability to utilize survey and market research methodologies effectively. The work environment is business casual, and the position is expected to last for approximately 13 months, with a pay rate of $60 per hour. Candidates must be located near Pasadena, CA, due to the onsite presence requirement for the initial training period.

Responsibilities

  • Deposits, reconciled and balanced on a daily basis
  • 835 Remittances directory oversight for automated posting
  • Provide financial analysis, conduct technical assessments, and review databases for monitoring and reporting
  • Advises and recommends areas of program planning, business requirements management, budget execution and program coordination
  • Prepares needs assessment
  • Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models
  • Conducts and coordinates financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group
  • Interprets, evaluates, and interrelates research data, and develops integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
  • Plans and coordinates the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required, and presents findings of studies to client committees
  • Provides consultative, advisory, technical, and staff support, as appropriate
  • Ability to use survey and market research methodologies, systems, and techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (BA or BS) required
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Accounting fundamentals knowledge
  • Experience in remittance processing
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
