About the position

The Revenue Analyst position at Robert Half is a vital role within the accounting and finance team, focusing on accounting, reporting, and analysis of corporate activities. The role involves supporting the development and application of GAAP accounting policies and maintaining internal controls, making it essential for the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily invoicing process
• Work with Finance & Accounting leadership to implement a General Ledger conversion project
• Identify accounting workflow bottlenecks with existing systems and applications and implement solutions & new procedures for AP, AR, Treasury, & Forecasting
• Analyze accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and appropriate recording of information
• Monitor invoicing process, record customer payments, and analyze accounts receivable aging schedules for customer collections
• Assist in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process
• Perform general accounting functions and assist with credit management with commercial banking partners as well as monitor customer credit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years experience
• Public accounting preferred
• QuickBooks and/or Sage preferred
