At Hilton Grand Vacations, the Revenue Analyst plays a crucial role in the revenue management team, responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive reports and spreadsheets that track statistics related to revenue management. This position involves maintaining records of online inventories, revenue, and Average Daily Rate (ADR), while also recognizing and analyzing trends within Hilton and Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC) systems. The Revenue Analyst will assist the Revenue Manager and Senior Revenue Analyst in providing accurate data that aids in determining appropriate rates and achieving maximum occupancy levels for the properties. The Revenue Analyst will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports that detail resort occupancies, rates, and forecasts. This role requires the creation and maintenance of reports as instructed by the Senior Analyst, Regional Revenue Manager, and Senior Corporate Director of Revenue. Additionally, the Revenue Analyst will book reservations for guests, informing them of all services provided at the properties, and will be cross-trained in group coordinator duties to assist as needed. The position also involves assisting front desk agents with selling, upgrading, and understanding rate quoting, as well as supporting the accounting department with necessary documents to ensure timely billings and payment of commissions. Furthermore, the Revenue Analyst will update and maintain room types and inventory in the OnQ Rate and Inventory system, as well as other Hilton systems. Monitoring and ensuring rate integrity between Hilton.com and other distribution channels is a key responsibility, along with controlling and balancing inventory in wholesale and online maintenance systems, including Expedia.com. The Revenue Analyst will recognize potential for increased rental revenue and recommend or take appropriate actions to realize this potential. They will also maintain capacity and length of stay controls across all distribution channels and assist with onboarding new properties by completing rate code setups and billing rules for all applicable Special Rate Plans (SRPs).
