We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our revenue streams, helping to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with revenue leakage. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and Macros, and deep expertise in SQL. As a Revenue Assurance Analyst, you will conduct detailed revenue assurance checks and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of billed revenue across various business units. You will develop, manage, and maintain complex Excel models, leveraging advanced features such as Power Query, PivotTables, and Macros for efficient data manipulation and analysis. Utilizing SQL, you will extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and analyzing potential revenue leakage points and collaborating with relevant teams to rectify issues. You will prepare and present detailed reports on revenue assurance findings, including insights and recommendations for process improvements. In addition to revenue analysis, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process enhancements that increase revenue accuracy and reduce risks. You will create automated processes and tools to streamline revenue assurance activities and improve efficiency, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations. This position requires close collaboration with finance, billing, IT, and other departments to gather necessary data and resolve discrepancies, making it essential for the candidate to have excellent communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
