About the position

As a Revenue Analyst at CCC Portfolio Management II LLC, you will play a vital role in maximizing the hotel's revenue and profitability. Your responsibilities will include providing direction to property teams, supporting daily operations through accurate forecasting and reporting, and delivering data-driven insights to enhance financial performance. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and hospitality experience to effectively contribute to the hotel's success.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accurate preparation and analysis of all Revenue Management related reports, including market segmentation and daily pick-up summaries.
• Conduct regular audits of the OTA's content.
• Record decisions from weekly revenue management meetings and manage follow-up actions.
• Assist in rate loading and ensure GDS information is accurate and up to date.
• Ensure parity across all distribution channels (OTA's, sbe.com, GDS, IDS, and Call Center).
• Provide recommendations to improve the revenue management process.
• Attend mandatory meetings including divisional and staff meetings.
• Analyze and review monthly and weekly STR Report results to understand RevPAR Index gains or losses.
• Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting and annual budget processes.
• Monitor hotel status throughout the day and adjust inventory controls as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in customer service, preferably in Guest Services or Reservations.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred with some management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with a typing speed of 45 wpm.
• Experience in Marriott systems and Excel required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of key sales and revenue systems (Lightspeed, CI, Marriott Systems, etc.).
• Ability to manage IT tickets and build rate codes.
