About the position

The Revenue Assurance Analyst at Worldpay plays a crucial role in maximizing revenue realization from customers by implementing control frameworks and governance over strategic changes. This position involves investigating financial issues, improving tracking of financial flows, and partnering with key stakeholders to enhance customer experience and ensure accurate revenue collection.

Responsibilities

  • Govern the delivery of strategic change and optimize control frameworks to mitigate financial risk.
  • Work closely with Global Financial Operations and internal stakeholders to investigate and rectify merchant impacting issues.
  • Analyze data sets to quantify revenue leakage and provide insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Coordinate tracking and communication of related issues, quantifying financial impacts and addressing root causes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and technical teams to provide data-driven insights and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Finance Operations role, ideally in payments or Billing/Revenue Assurance roles in high-volume transactional environments.
  • Demonstrable experience in business partnering and leading virtual teams to deliver change and financial improvement initiatives.
  • Solid change management experience with the ability to influence and govern change effectively.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering assurance control frameworks that adapt to business changes and emerging risks.
  • Excellent analytical skills to use data for storytelling and bringing insights to life for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong root cause analysis skills and ability to lead data-driven controls.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong delivery skills to plan and track initiatives and mitigate risks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in assurance, revenue, or billing functions in Financial Services or high-volume transactional environments.
  • Previous experience in payments/fintech is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
