About the position

As a Permanent Revenue Business Analyst at a growing startup in the Tech Services industry, you will leverage your technical skills and business acumen to drive revenue growth and streamline business processes. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that will shape the company's business strategy, while collaborating with a dynamic team on high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to drive revenue growth and business strategy.
• Utilize your problem-solving mentality to address business challenges, developing creative solutions to complex problems.
• Lead project management efforts, coordinating with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Generate data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Understand software development processes to effectively collaborate with our tech team and contribute to the development of tools and systems that enhance business efficiency.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for our tech team.
• Create ad hoc reports to answer business questions and provide insights on an as-needed basis.
• Manage integrations with various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the organization, managing expectations and ensuring all parties are aligned on project objectives and timelines.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably within the Tech Services industry.
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries and analyze large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing creative solutions to complex business problems.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience generating data-driven insights and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Understanding of software development processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
• Experience managing system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and align all parties on project objectives and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
