Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate payer contracts into the Contract Management system.
- Analyze payment discrepancies to determine issues and areas of responsibility.
- Assist in the development of corrective action plans for payment discrepancies.
- Act as a liaison with payors to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Support all aspects of Revenue Cycle system including performance improvement, documentation, testing, training, and upgrades.
- Assist management in examining processes to improve workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 3 years of experience in Patient Accounting or Patient Accounting related IT (Required)
- 1 year of experience with medical billing software including Patient Accounting and Contract Management (Preferred)
- 1 year of EPIC Contract Management build experience (Preferred)
