The Revenue Cycle Analyst - Contracts position at Temple Health involves analyzing and translating payer contracts into the Contract Management system, addressing payment discrepancies, and acting as a liaison with payors. The role supports all aspects of Revenue Cycle system operations, including performance improvement, documentation, testing, training, and upgrades, while assisting management in enhancing workflow processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and translate payer contracts into the Contract Management system.
  • Analyze payment discrepancies to determine issues and areas of responsibility.
  • Assist in the development of corrective action plans for payment discrepancies.
  • Act as a liaison with payors to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Support all aspects of Revenue Cycle system operations including performance improvement, documentation, testing, training, and upgrades.
  • Assist management in examining processes to improve workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 3 years of experience in Patient Accounting or related I.T. (Required)
  • 1 year of experience with medical billing software including Patient Accounting and Contract Management (Preferred)
  • 1 year of EPIC Contract Management build experience (Preferred)
