About the position

The Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst, Senior role is a permanent position located near downtown Los Angeles, specifically at the intersection of Interstate 5 and 10, close to Lincoln Park. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 annually. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite a minimum of two days per week, ensuring a balance between in-person collaboration and independent work. In this role, the Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst will primarily focus on direct customer service and project-related activities. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing, planning, designing, creating, and maintaining intermediate to advanced level reports using various technologies. These technologies include, but are not limited to, IBM Showcase, QlikView, Cerner Command Language (CCL), OnDemand, and Siemens MedSeries 4 Query/Reports. The analyst will work independently on complex system activities and will also engage in project management activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or have a minimum of nine years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. A minimum of five years of relevant revenue cycle experience is required, along with at least three years of experience in an IS healthcare setting. Additionally, candidates should have experience with two full life cycle implementations, from scoping and planning through to go-live support, and at least three years of experience with the Soarian Application, HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle systems.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IS healthcare setting.
• Experience with 2 full life cycle implementations (from scoping/planning through to go-live support).
• At least 3 years of Soarian Application experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle systems.
