About the position

The Revenue Cycle Analyst for Special Programs is responsible for developing, generating, and auditing various reports related to the revenue cycle. This role focuses on analyzing financial and statistical data to improve operational efficiency and financial results within the organization. The position is fully remote and operates during standard business hours, providing a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops, generates, and audits various revenue, financial, statistical and/or quality reports surrounding the revenue cycle.
• Creates charts, graphs, and numerical reports to display financial and statistical data.
• Monitors revenue cycle processes and collaborates with departments to suggest process improvements.
• Analyzes accounts receivables and recommends process improvements for timely reimbursement.
• Analyzes trends in data and suggests operational improvements to revenue processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in business, finance, or accounting, including experience in preparing and/or reviewing healthcare financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn new applications and manipulate data in spreadsheets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of third-party regulations and their impact on financial reimbursement.
