The Revenue Cycle Analyst, Sr. position is a critical role within our client's organization, focusing on the management and optimization of the revenue cycle processes. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of various revenue cycle systems, including billing, patient accounting, scheduling, and coding. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the revenue cycle field. Candidates with 9 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement, but a high school diploma is mandatory. In this role, the analyst will be expected to demonstrate senior-level proficiency in Soarian and have experience troubleshooting HL7 interfaces. Strong technical skills in revenue cycle applications such as PBAR, Siemens MedSeries 4, Cerner, Change Healthcare, nThrive, Relay Assurance Plus, Visiquate, GE Centricity, and PatientKeeper are essential. The analyst will conduct need-gap analyses, design system solutions, and analyze workflows to enhance productivity and system efficiency. Project management experience is also crucial, as the analyst will lead or participate in various projects, managing timelines and milestones to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of solutions. Excellent customer service skills are required to handle service requests, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with internal users, vendors, and peers. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for managing system security, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining software upgrades and implementations. The role also involves generating and analyzing reports, utilizing technologies such as IBM Showcase, QlikView, Cerner Command Language (CCL), and Siemens MedSeries 4. Strong organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and manage multiple activities efficiently. The candidate must also be willing to fulfill on-call duties as required, ensuring that the revenue cycle processes run smoothly at all times.
