About the position
The Revenue Cycle Analyst position at Robert Half involves managing account balances from various regional centers within the healthcare and social assistance industry. The role focuses on identifying reasons for denials and underpayments, developing automation tools, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. This hybrid position requires in-office attendance at least three times a week in El Segundo, California.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile account balances for different regional centers and private pay clients
- Review revenue recognition for the Disability Service line and collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to determine necessary adjustments/write-offs
- Conduct monthly and ad hoc reporting on business metrics and analytics assignments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-oriented projects and business metrics
- Work with Regional Centers on bill rate changes and analyze their impact to the division
- Develop Power BI dashboards utilizing billing and remittance data for bill and wage rate tracking and monitoring
- Train and supervise a team in India who assists with billings and collections postings
- Ensure compliance with key controls and audit requirements
- Work with various customized systems to ensure proper accounting and control
Requirements
- Proficiency in using 3M software
- Experience with accounting software systems
- Familiarity with Allscripts
- Knowledge of Cerner Technologies
- Ability to use Cisco Webex Meetings effectively
- Skilled in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
- Experience in managing appeals
- Proficiency in auditing processes
- Knowledge of billing functions
- Experience in claim administration
- Familiarity with Snowflake software
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL
- Experience with NetSuite
