Responsibilities

• Implement and support designated software applications in Patient Financial Services/Revenue Cycle areas.
• Collaborate with IS&T and third-party vendors for system functionality and upgrades.
• Conduct testing and validation of software applications.
• Develop and generate reports using various applications.
• Analyze report outcomes to maintain data integrity and identify key strategic trends.
