About the position

The Revenue Cycle Analyst position at Randstad US involves overseeing the lifecycle of large customer memberships, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual to manage membership data and resolve inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Model N Revenue Manager to maintain the Membership Life Cycle of Large Organized Customers (LOC).
• Work independently with the Revenue Manager platform to create and manage membership affiliations and eligibility status for both direct and indirect customers.
• Process Master Data requests within SAP iShift according to business rules for Vaccines accounts.
• Resolve membership affiliation and inquiries from account management teams.
• Monitor Revenue Manager platform and boundary systems to confirm data accuracy.
• Manage daily business tasks and processes with internal/external key stakeholders.
• Access and process data within reporting tools, including Revenue Manager, MicroStrategy, and boundary systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in SAP iShift and Model N.
• Strong analytical thinking and data management skills.
• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup.
