About the position

The Revenue Cycle Application Analyst at Methodist Health System is responsible for the development, design, and implementation of the Artiva HCx/RM system. This role involves ensuring interoperability between client systems and third-party vendors, as well as providing support and enhancements to the system based on business needs. The analyst will collaborate with internal and external clients to troubleshoot issues and maintain data models and application integration, ensuring quality assurance in client implementations and data processing.

Responsibilities

  • Artiva HCx/RM development, design, and implementation.
  • Experience with Interface Development, Workflow, Scripting, Segmentation Filters, UI development, SQL, Advanced Troubleshooting.
  • Superior understanding of the development process, including specification development, documentation, and quality assurance.
  • Developing and ensuring Interoperability between client systems, Artiva HCx/RM, and other third-party vendors.
  • Present key findings, recommend enhancements, and work collaterally to continually strengthen Artiva HCx/RM.
  • Act as primary respondent to questions regarding business file import/export processes, workflow, and all Artiva HCx/RM related inquiries.
  • Build, enhance and maintain the data models, interfaces and application integration required to support growing and changing business needs.
  • Collaboration with internal and external clients to respond to growing needs of the business, troubleshoot issues, and expand capabilities of the product.
  • Quality assurance of client implementations, interfaces, data processing and error resolution.
  • General knowledge of operating systems, network and computer hardware and IT infrastructures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' Artiva HCx/RM experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or related work experience with Application Development
  • 2+ years' experience with object-oriented development, SQL, and relational database theory
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, Collections, or financial industries is desirable
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-based, fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical, analytical, and financial aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Software Development best practices such as Continuous Integration, Unit/Integration Testing, Code Reviews
  • Proficiency in physical and logical data modeling

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, Collections, or financial industries is desirable
