About the position

The Revenue Cycle Business Analyst plays a crucial role in utilizing data from the Epic Revenue Cycle/EMR system to identify organizational trends and issues. This position focuses on maximizing reimbursement and mitigating denials by designing and developing reports, dashboards, and other displays to communicate insights effectively. The analyst will leverage various reporting and analytical tools to assist management in improving workflows and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data from the Epic Revenue Cycle/EMR system to address organizational trends and issues.
• Identify solutions to opportunities in a quantifiable manner.
• Manipulate data using reporting and analytical tools to present actionable information.
• Integrate data from various sources within Epic to provide insights.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and displays to communicate results effectively.
• Assist management in examining processes to improve workflows and staff performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• 3 Years experience in Revenue Cycle operations (Required)
• 2 Years experience with Epic Revenue Cycle information systems (Required)
• Experience with insurance verification and billing requirements (Required)
• Experience with data collection and analysis (Required)
