The Revenue Cycle Business Analyst at The Oregon Clinic is a full-time remote position focused on analyzing accounts receivable and performing complex revenue cycle functions. Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts receivable and monitor revenue cycle functions.
• Research root causes for variances in revenue cycle performance.
• Identify process and system deficiencies and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop solutions for revenue cycle shortfalls.
• Assist in developing and building reports in Epic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years' experience in professional billing and revenue cycle functions.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable analysis required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Epic Resolute - Professional Billing.
• Proficient in Epic Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench, and Slicer Dicer.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.

• Previous revenue cycle leadership experience preferred.
