The Revenue Cycle Data Analyst (RCDA) plays a crucial role in supporting the reporting and analytical needs of revenue cycle leaders within the organization. This position is designed to empower users with data across various departments, ensuring that the revenue management process is efficient and effective. The RCDA will coordinate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to review and generate all Month-End reports, as well as any required ad-hoc reports related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role involves capturing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential statistical data, necessitating close collaboration with stakeholders from diverse functional areas, including billing, denials management, self-pay management, and operations excellence. The ideal candidate for this position will be articulate, analytical, and a team player who recognizes the significance of data in the healthcare sector. A deep understanding of the RCM process, from claims to coding, is essential. The analyst must be adept at coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, possess a quick learning ability, and demonstrate the capacity to work independently. This position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work, which provides flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with the team and stakeholders. In this role, the RCDA will be responsible for generating regular reports and analyses for the RCM team to monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and adjustments. Additionally, the analyst will develop and produce ad-hoc business office reports to assist leaders on the RCM team and all operating sites of service with cash and accounts receivable reporting. This position is integral to ensuring that the organization meets its financial goals and continues to provide high-quality care to the community.
