Collaboration is key in this role, as the analyst will work in a group setting to share insights and ideas regarding reporting, while also maintaining professional relationships with the general public, affiliate executives, staff, and physicians. In addition to operational responsibilities, the analyst will oversee compliance initiatives within the revenue cycle, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. This includes leading the research, planning, implementation, monitoring, validation, and reporting for a broad portfolio of compliance systems and initiatives. The analyst will analyze all revenue cycle functions to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making, while also maintaining data integrity through collaboration with administrators and providers. The role requires the creation of visually engaging dashboards using tools like Tableau and Epic, as well as the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from relational databases.
