In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive reports and analytics for both internal and external end-users. You will design and maintain analytical dashboards that present clinical and financial data in a clear and actionable manner. Additionally, you will drive the month-end close process and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you analyze data to provide meaningful metrics tailored to our customers' needs. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with internal teams to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes. You will also assist with the implementation, setup, and integration of various systems, ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Participation in internal and external meetings will be expected, where you will present findings and insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Create reports and analytics for internal and external end-users
• Design and maintain analytical dashboards of clinical and financial data
• Drive month-end close and reconciliations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial/data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or healthcare
• Solid understanding of RCM processes and workflows
• Strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, and attention to detail
• Ability to plan, organize, and complete work with competing priorities
• Takes accountability for personal productivity and quality of output
• Ability to effectively communicate results verbally and through financial analyses to internal team and external clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
