About the position

The Revenue Cycle Epic Certified Analyst will provide essential support to the Revenue Cycle and Epic teams, focusing on optimizing the current Epic build for various modules including PB, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker. This role involves collaboration with the Revenue Cycle Director to enhance work queue functionality, develop reporting and dashboards, and improve Epic and clearinghouse functionalities. Additionally, the analyst will assist in creating training materials for end users.

Responsibilities

• Review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimization.
• Assist Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality.
• Assist Revenue Cycle Director with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic.
• Assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with tickets placed with Epic Community Connect host site.
• Assist Revenue Cycle Director with Epic and clearinghouse functionality improvement.
• Assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with creating end user training.

Requirements

• Epic PB certification(s)
• RHIA/RHIT/CPC certified
• Experience in revenue cycle reporting, build, logic, claims adjudication, data, and training
• Knowledge of clearinghouse processes.
