About the position

The Revenue Cycle Epic Certified Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes within healthcare organizations. This role requires extensive experience with Epic systems, particularly in Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker builds, as well as proficiency in revenue cycle reporting and user training. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure efficient revenue cycle operations and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize revenue cycle processes using Epic systems.
• Build and configure Epic modules including Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle reporting and dashboards.
• Conduct user training for revenue cycle staff on Epic functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Revenue Cycle Epic Certified Analyst.
• Certification in Epic PB or RHIA / RHIT / CPC.
• Experience with Epic, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker Epic build.
• Proficient in revenue cycle reporting and dashboards.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with WebLogic.
• Knowledge of public health and community health revenue cycles.
• Familiarity with RHC revenue cycle, physician clinic, and FQHC.
