Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (IES) is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing the global client revenue cycle accounts receivable (AR) processes. This role is crucial in ensuring data accuracy and leading project management strategies to drive the efficient collection of receivables. The Revenue Cycle Operations Manager will maximize collections and produce accurate reporting of billing and cash collection activity by our revenue cycle vendors. Strong analytical skills, particularly in root cause analysis, are highly valuable, as the manager will need to sort, manipulate, and extract insights from data. Advanced Excel experience is a plus, and hands-on experience with end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) and managing RCM vendors is desired. Familiarity with SQL or Tableau would be an added advantage. The Revenue Cycle Operations Manager will facilitate and lead meetings with revenue cycle management vendors, establishing accountability for timely delivery of outputs and analysis to key stakeholders. This position will manage day-to-day revenue cycle functions and team members, oversee projects specific to revenue cycle improvement, and create and implement policies and procedures for managing processes associated with specific payers. Additionally, the manager will develop standard client performance analytics, dashboards, and alerts necessary to proactively identify issues with client performance, ensuring that necessary stakeholders are updated at the appropriate time. The role also involves contributing to new and organic business growth plans, operationalizing the end-to-end revenue cycle function for incremental volumes, and standardizing processes. The manager will oversee internal and/or vendor efforts related to the No Surprise Act (NSA) and the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process for all clients. This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures, including interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints.
