About the position

The Revenue Cycle Orientation & Technical Onboarding Specialist at CentraCare Health is responsible for the development, oversight, delivery, and evaluation of orientation and onboarding programs for the Revenue Cycle department. This role involves collaboration with various leaders and stakeholders to design curriculum, develop learning materials, and facilitate training sessions, ensuring that new employees achieve the necessary competencies and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee Revenue Cycle orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Conduct needs analyses in collaboration with Revenue Cycle leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Design curriculum and develop learning deliverables for training.
  • Facilitate training sessions, including direct instruction and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Evaluate the success of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Communicate company culture, policies, and procedures to new employees.
  • Deliver technical training tailored to various roles within Revenue Cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in onboarding, training, or human resources, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training content and programs.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools is a plus.
