About the position

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the delivery of an exceptional patient experience at Novant Health. The role involves collaborating with leadership in Revenue Cycle Services and NHMG clinics to enhance operational efficiency through the development and implementation of workflow strategies. Additionally, the position requires working with third-party vendors to improve services and workflows, as well as creating educational materials for staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement workflow strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Work with third-party vendors on service development and implementation.
• Partner with Education and Dimensions to create educational materials for staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in physician practice and/or healthcare analysis preferred.
• Epic proficiency in job-related area preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Skill in giving and receiving feedback and team building.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control, regulatory standards, and corporate policies.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects with excellent time management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with claim edit/rejection processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access database.
