We are seeking experienced Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our team at an RCM company based in Duluth, GA. The role focuses on processing claims and managing revenue cycles specifically for chiropractic, optometry, and behavioral health services. This hybrid position requires candidates to work from Monday to Friday, with responsibilities including navigating clearinghouses and conducting claim audits.
Responsibilities
- Processing rejections for medical claims
- Medical Billing
- Processing and completing the appeals process for medical claims
- Payment posting
- AR follow-up
- Auditing claims
- Working with 3rd party billing
- Navigating and working through clearinghouses (Specifically TriZetto)
- Knowledge of medical billing for Chiropractic, Optometry and Behavioral Health claims
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management
- Basic Software Skills
- Medical Software proficiency
- Claims Processing experience
- Basic Accounts Receivable knowledge
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Strong Written Communication skills
- Experience in Revenue Cycle processes
- Payment Posting expertise
- AR Follow Up experience
- Medical Appeals knowledge
- Medical Claims Processing skills
- Medical Billing experience
- Familiarity with Clearinghouse- TriZetto
