  • Manage workload distribution for the Revenue Cycle Systems team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term strategies for revenue cycle improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding revenue cycle systems.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of revenue cycle activities.
  • Address complex issues and challenges related to revenue cycle systems, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Make informed decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent college experience, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex projects.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with revenue cycle management systems and software.
