The Revenue Cycle System Support Technician plays a crucial role in providing high-quality reporting, technical maintenance, and overall support for revenue systems, applications, databases, and configurations to meet business requirements. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of revenue cycle processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for revenue systems and applications.
• Maintain and configure databases related to revenue cycle operations.
• Generate and analyze reports to support business needs.
• Assist in resolving billing issues and service code discrepancies.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective revenue cycle management.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Four years' experience in revenue cycle or medical reimbursement.
• Four years' experience with computer software applications.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Nice-to-haves

• Associate's degree in accounting, computer sciences, or business fields preferred.
• Completion of medical terminology, current ICD coding, and CPT/HCPCS coding preferred.
• Experience with software specific to the department.
