The Revenue Data Integrity Analyst I, Performance Improvement plays a crucial role in the revenue cycle reporting process. This position is primarily responsible for developing complex flat file reports using the Microsoft Suite of products and creating data visualizations with tools such as Tableau. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle reporting, collaborating with both external and internal customers to ensure accurate and effective reporting. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare report writing and revenue cycle processes, as well as the ability to analyze financial reports and statements to represent the current and projected financial status of the organization. In this position, the analyst will prepare and maintain monthly operating reports and dashboards that include performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). They will assist in summarizing, recording, and reporting financial transactions related to various aspects of financial reporting, general accounting, accounts receivable, and cost analysis. The analyst will also be responsible for facilitating and addressing complex issues related to revenue cycle reporting, ensuring that all reporting needs are met efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, enabling them to create and maintain reports while providing insightful analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for managing relationships and collaborating with all levels of management, including department directors and colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds.
