About the position

Abridge is seeking a dynamic and organized Revenue Enablement Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will spearhead the development of scalable, ongoing sales coaching initiatives for our Global Sales and Partner Success teams, enabling them to excel as strategic advisors to our customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement, you will also oversee the documentation and management of sales enablement assets. This role is ideal for someone exceptionally organized who can also dive into individual opportunities and provide meaningful coaching to sales and partners success representatives. As the Revenue Enablement Analyst, your responsibilities will include designing and delivering impactful, skill-based, and situational training programs that empower our Sales and Customer Success teams. You will create, maintain, and manage intuitive and effective documentation for sales processes and skills, ensuring that assets are accessible to the right people at the right time. Additionally, you will guide sellers in integrating the Challenger Sales Methodology into the customer journey, improving templated sales communications and sales assets. You will provide continuous coaching to enhance sales skills, including discovery and negotiation, ensuring alignment with the Challenger methodology. Collaborating closely with sales management, you will align with enablement initiatives, empowering them to effectively manage and coach their teams. Furthermore, you will develop and deliver specialized coaching programs focused on discovery, negotiation, and enterprise-level deal cycles, while partnering with the Marketing team to design content for various enablement initiatives. Your work will drive measurable results across our sales funnel, working alongside the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement and the broader Revenue Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful, skill-based, and situational training programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Create, maintain, and manage intuitive and effective documentation for sales processes and skills.
  • Guide sellers in integrating the Challenger Sales Methodology into the customer journey.
  • Provide continuous coaching to enhance sales skills, including discovery and negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales management to align with enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver specialized coaching programs focused on discovery, negotiation, and enterprise-level deal cycles.
  • Partner with Marketing to design content for various enablement initiatives.
  • Work alongside the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement and the broader Revenue Operations team to drive measurable results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, or a related role within the healthcare, health tech, AI, or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong preference for significant experience with the Challenger Sales Methodology, with familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, and/or Winning by Design as a plus.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and content, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, documentation, and other collateral.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with LMS, CMS, CRM, and Conversation Intelligence tools.
