About the position

The Revenue Enablement Analyst at Abridge plays a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of the Global Sales and Partner Success teams. This position focuses on developing scalable sales coaching initiatives, managing sales enablement assets, and integrating the Challenger Sales Methodology into the sales process. The analyst will work closely with sales management to ensure effective coaching and alignment with enablement initiatives, ultimately driving measurable results across the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful, skill-based, and situational training programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Create, maintain, and manage intuitive documentation for sales processes and skills.
  • Guide sellers in integrating the Challenger Sales Methodology into the customer journey.
  • Provide continuous coaching to enhance sales skills, including discovery and negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales management to align with enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver specialized coaching programs focused on discovery, negotiation, and enterprise-level deal cycles.
  • Partner with Marketing to design content for various enablement initiatives.
  • Work alongside the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement and the broader Revenue Operations team to drive measurable results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, or a related role within healthcare, health tech, AI, or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong preference for significant experience with the Challenger Sales Methodology.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and content.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with LMS, CMS, CRM, and Conversation Intelligence tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, and/or Winning by Design methodologies.
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech is highly desirable.
