As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Renaissance, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our sales and customer success teams through comprehensive product training initiatives. In this role, you will engage in strategic planning and development by identifying key learning objectives and creating tailored frameworks for various roles within the sales and customer success teams. You will also be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning materials, including training modules and digital resources that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Collaboration with product managers and instructional designers will be essential to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the delivery of training programs through diverse methods such as in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms. You will facilitate training sessions, ensuring that the content is delivered engagingly and effectively to a variety of audiences. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end execution of training programs, including scheduling, tracking progress, and evaluating effectiveness based on feedback and performance metrics. Cross-functional collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align training efforts with business objectives. You will serve as a liaison between stakeholders to address training needs and incorporate their feedback into program enhancements. Furthermore, you will leverage learning management systems and other digital tools to deliver and track training programs, staying updated on the latest learning technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the training framework.
