About the position

As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Renaissance, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our sales and customer success teams through comprehensive product training initiatives. This position is designed for a dynamic and experienced professional who can lead the development and implementation of learning frameworks that align with our strategic goals. You will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic plan that focuses on product training, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients. In this role, you will engage in strategic planning and development by identifying key learning objectives and creating tailored frameworks for various roles within the sales and customer success teams. You will also be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning materials, including training modules and digital resources that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Collaboration with product managers and instructional designers will be essential to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the delivery of training programs through diverse methods such as in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms. You will facilitate training sessions, ensuring that the content is delivered engagingly and effectively to a variety of audiences. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end execution of training programs, including scheduling, tracking progress, and evaluating effectiveness based on feedback and performance metrics. Cross-functional collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align training efforts with business objectives. You will serve as a liaison between stakeholders to address training needs and incorporate their feedback into program enhancements. Furthermore, you will leverage learning management systems and other digital tools to deliver and track training programs, staying updated on the latest learning technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the training framework.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for product training and revenue enablement initiatives that align with the company's goals and product offerings.
  • Identify key learning objectives and create frameworks tailored to various roles within the sales and customer success teams.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning materials, including training modules, presentations, and digital resources.
  • Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Oversee the delivery of training programs through various methods including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring engaging and effective delivery of content to diverse audiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of training programs, including scheduling, tracking progress, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Analyze feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, product marketing, and customer success teams to align training efforts with business objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to address training needs and incorporate their feedback into program enhancements.
  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver and track training programs.
  • Stay updated on the latest learning technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into the training framework.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in revenue enablement, sales training, or a related role within the EdTech or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of product training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing training programs and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and training tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
