We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Enablement Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive learning frameworks focused on product training for our sales and customer success teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customer-facing teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for product training and revenue enablement initiatives that align with the company's goals and product offerings.
  • Identify key learning objectives and create frameworks tailored to various roles within the sales and customer success teams.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning materials, including training modules, presentations, and digital resources, that cover product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Oversee the delivery of training programs through various methods including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring engaging and effective delivery of content to diverse audiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of training programs, including scheduling, tracking progress, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Analyze feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, product marketing, and customer success teams to align training efforts with business objectives and ensure a unified approach to product education.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to address training needs and incorporate their feedback into program enhancements.
  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver and track training programs.
  • Stay updated on the latest learning technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into the training framework.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in revenue enablement, sales training, or a related role within the EdTech or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of product training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing training programs and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and training tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
