As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Renaissance, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of comprehensive learning frameworks that focus on product training for our sales and customer success teams. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will be responsible for creating strategic plans that align with the company's goals and product offerings, identifying key learning objectives, and tailoring frameworks to meet the needs of various roles within the organization. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning materials, including training modules, presentations, and digital resources that cover product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Collaboration with product managers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers will be essential to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content. You will oversee the delivery of training programs through various methods, including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms, facilitating engaging and effective training sessions for diverse audiences. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end execution of training programs, including scheduling, tracking progress, and evaluating effectiveness. Analyzing feedback and performance metrics will be key to continuously improving training content and delivery methods. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, product marketing, and customer success teams to align training efforts with business objectives, serving as a liaison between stakeholders to address training needs and incorporate their feedback into program enhancements. Leveraging learning management systems and staying updated on the latest learning technologies will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring innovative solutions are incorporated into the training framework.
