As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Renaissance, you will play a crucial role in shaping the training and development of our sales and customer success teams. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning and development, where you will create and execute a strategic plan for product training and revenue enablement initiatives that align with the company's goals and product offerings. You will identify key learning objectives and create tailored frameworks for various roles within the sales and customer success teams. You will also engage in content creation and management, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning materials, including training modules, presentations, and digital resources that cover product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Collaboration with product managers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers will be essential to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Your role will involve training delivery and facilitation, overseeing the delivery of training programs through various methods such as in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms. You will facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring engaging and effective content delivery to diverse audiences. Program management and optimization will be key aspects of your responsibilities, where you will manage the end-to-end execution of training programs, including scheduling, tracking progress, and evaluating effectiveness. Analyzing feedback and performance metrics will allow you to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Cross-functional collaboration is vital, as you will work closely with sales, marketing, product, product marketing, and customer success teams to align training efforts with business objectives. You will serve as a liaison between stakeholders to address training needs and incorporate their feedback into program enhancements. Finally, you will leverage technology and tools, utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver and track training programs, while staying updated on the latest learning technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into the training framework.
