About the position

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Revenue/Gross-to-Net Analyst - Brand to join our Finance team in Monmouth Junction, NJ. This full-time permanent position is crucial for providing operational support by leading the Brand Gross to Net function. The successful candidate will assist with the timely and accurate maintenance and completion of financial closing activities in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The role involves a variety of financial activities including sales reporting, gross to net analysis, journal entries, and account reconciliations to support department operations and analysis. As the Revenue/Gross-to-Net Analyst, you will lead the Brand gross-to-net financial close process, which includes rate calculations, reserve adjustments, and other financial analyses. You will perform detailed analysis of sales, returns, Medicaid data, Managed Care data, chargebacks, wholesaler inventories and fees, voucher programs, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy and appropriate reserves. Additionally, you will prepare and post month-end accrual entries and collaborate with commercial operations and other key stakeholders on various aspects of Brand Revenue reporting, including weekly and monthly sales reports. Your responsibilities will also include preparing monthly and quarterly Brand Revenue schedules such as net sales reports to facilitate financial reporting, reconciling Brand Fee for Service invoices, coordinating approval and credit memo issuance, and assisting the department with mandatory government reporting by providing data to our external government pricing partner. You will work closely with external auditors to provide required schedules and support for interim and annual audits, perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed, and support the improvement of internal controls while automating and streamlining processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of the Company's financials. Maintaining the Brand GTN accrual table per contract terms and estimated GTN rates will also be part of your duties, along with reviewing weekly and monthly sales reports to ensure Gross & Net sales are reported correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Brand GTN accrual table per contract terms and estimated GTN rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Brand gross to net sales analysis and calculations.
  • Working knowledge of general accounting principles, practices, methods, and analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including excellent Excel skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
