About the position

The Revenue Growth Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies aimed at increasing the company's revenue. This role involves analyzing business performance, tracking marketing efforts, developing dashboards, and creating presentations. The analyst collaborates with various departments to provide data-driven insights that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM team with data reconciliation, validation, and cleaning to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct pre/post analysis to understand the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop forecasting models that support the Supply Team and P&L Team.
• Create clear reports and design interactive dashboards using Power BI to enhance understanding of business performance.
• Continuously seek ways to improve reporting tools and methodologies.
• Support the development and maintenance of advanced pricing reporting tools to drive informed decision-making.
• Occasionally lead specific analyses that address key business questions or opportunities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance revenue management processes and workflows, ensuring data accuracy and quality metrics.
• Contribute to strategic revenue projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• General knowledge in restaurant operations and pricing best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration; proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a team environment.
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and numerical proficiency.
• 1-3 years of experience in roles related to analytics.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (SQL, Python) and BI software (Power BI).
