About the position

The position involves conducting quality data analysis and providing clinical decision support for designated systems. The role focuses on improving measurement systems, developing metrics related to quality, safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, and supporting project management and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supports measurement and system improvement.
• Develops quality, safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction metrics and analytics.
• Collaborates on metric development, reporting system design, and design and delivery of routine and ad hoc reports.
• Develops approaches to presenting information including presentations and communications.
• Supports advance project management, improvement initiatives, and tactical decisions/plans.
• Benchmarks national best practices and makes recommendations for change as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
