The Revenue Integrity Analyst Transplant Admin at Medical City Dallas plays a crucial role in supporting hospital revenue integrity and transplant billing initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Approve and maintain changes to the Transplant Provider Master List.
  • Provide reimbursement analysis for new and current providers.
  • Analyze revenue impact related to operational changes or regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct revenue analysis for global contracts and ad hoc revenue analysis.
  • Perform denial and reimbursement reviews and audits.
  • Serve on project teams to implement process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a hospital environment in a financial or project management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in process improvement and financial analysis.
  • Prior experience in acute care hospital or related medical entity.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
